XOXO Card.

I made this with 2 challenges in mind. First this sketch at CAS-ual Fridays. and the citrus colours challenge at The Paper Variety.

I struggled with this card. It didn't work out the way I expected so a lot of it I made up as I went along. For me, when in doubt - use some felt. It doesn't necessarily turn a card into a stunner, but it's so fun to work with that it cheers me up :)

Thanks,
Farrah

It's way cute. Love what you did with the baker's twine. And the rhyme made me chuckle.

Don;t be too hard on yourself; I think your card turned out great. The flower is fabulous; a great and gorgeous combo of twine and felt.
The embossed panels is a perfect background for that flower!
